I wanted to send you an e-mail about two of your employees who are great to work with. Trevor Turner & Kim Henderson are fantastic! Earlier this week they helped me out with a couple of emergency orders that my customer requested and needed shipped out Red same day. Without hesitation they quoted me right away and checked the schedule to see if it could be done, and they did it. I received a phone call from my large contractor the next day and he was extremely appreciative that we were able to pull it off for him and his end user. I never have any doubt that if Trevor or Kim say something can be done that it will be done and done correctly. C-enterprises is my first choice when needing a cable assembly house because of the quality of people you have working there and the quality of products that are produced. I have worked with Trevor for years and he is quick to respond to e-mails and is realistic about lead-times, often able to ship sooner than originally quoted which makes us all look better to our customers. It’s great knowing that when Trevor is out Kim is right there to pick up where he left off. They are a great team.
Often we are quick to point out a problem and forget to give credit to those who are doing a great job. I work with numerous suppliers and C-enterprises makes it easy to do business with them. Trevor & Kim are a great asset to your organization!
